Shawn Mendes to Headline his First Stadium Show

Shawn Mendes is about to embark on Shawn Mendes: the Tour and he just announced his first stadium show ever.

Yesterday, he said there was an announcement coming on 12/3 at 1 pm est. The link was to a website and many fans speculated he would be adding stadium dates to his tour.

The first time he performed in a stadium was when he opened for Taylor Swift’s 1989 Tour.

Now, in his hometown of Toronto, ON, Mendes is performing an extended acoustic version of his tour set on September 6, 2019, at the Rogers Centre Stadium. He will be bringing many special guests.

This is the first time he will be headlining in a stadium.

There are several presales starting on December 5.

The Roots Toronto presale is Dec. 5. This presale is a limited edition merchandise collaboration with Roots. The collaboration will be available Dec. 4 at the Roots store in the CF Toronto Eaton Centre at 3 pm est for a limited time.

Everyone who attends the event will get a presale code to the Toronto show which guarantees them tickets. The first 100 fans to purchase will receive a signed poster. 10 fans will win tickets and 1 lucky fan will win tickets and a meet and greet.

The FirstAccess Fan presale starts on Dec 8. The General Fan presale begins Dec 9. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Dec 15. They all start at 10 am est.

Each presale ticket comes with a commemorative ticket and tour passport.

More dates will be announced soon so stay updated.
