Star2 and Lil' Poppa Offer Up a Heartfelt Collaboration On "Pain"

Star2 is an Asian-American rapper known for his high-energy and confident anthems, yet on his latest release “Pain”, he takes a step inward for a groundbreaking display of depth. The single is a collaboration between Star2 and Lil Poppa (signed with Yo Gotti’s CMG label) that discusses each rapper’s relationship with pain and coping mechanisms for dealing with heavy emotions.

Star2 is a dynamic collaborator who has worked alongside musicians such as Soulja Boy, Luh Kel, and Mozzy. He was born in Thailand at a refugee camp before he moved to San Diego where he was raised by his grandmother. His upcoming, highly anticipated EP is set for release in 2023.
