After the first set of nominees for this year’s Teen Choice Awards, Wave 2 nominations have been revealed and voting has started!

The second round of nominations features nominees from the major categories for movies, television, music, and sports.
Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” round up the movies category with six nominations. The number surprisingly included a nomination for Chris Evans’ (Captain America/Steve Rogers) and Emily VanCamp’s (Agent 13) kissing scene for the Choice Movie Liplock award! While blockbuster sci/fi movie “Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens” follows the lead with five nominations.
Under the television category, hit TV drama series “Pretty Little Liars” is still leading with five nominations for Wave 2! Further nominations for the category includes “The Flash”, “Supergirl”, “Faking It”, “The Vampire Diaries”, “The Originals”, and so much more.
Female music superstars Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato rule the music category for the second wave with five nominations each! Artist under the Country, R&B/Hip-Hop and Rock genres have also made their appearance on the nomination list. Voting for the hit-award, Choice Summer Song and Choice Summer Tour, has also started with nominees in the likes of 5 Seconds of Summer, Justin Bieber, Fifth Harmony and DNCE.
Newly revealed nominations under the sports category has finally made its way to the polls! The Golden State Warriors basketball team bag two nominations including an individual award for their renowned athlete, Stephen Curry. Female athletes from different sports have also been nominated for the Choice Female Athlete award.
