The biggest award show for teens is back! The Teen Choice Awards 2016 reveals its new surfboard design and its first set of nominees.
Through an official fan-voted poll, TCAs gave the teens the authority to choose this year’s surfboard look, just like how they turned the tables on last year’s show. With four new and fresh designs to choose from, only one stood out to everyone’s taste for this summer’s big event.

Along with this year’s TCAs theme announcement, the voting for the first set of nominees for three major categories has officially started! Nominations under Film, Television and Music categories has been revealed officially with a couple of shows and artists bagging multiple nominations.
Under the film nominees, Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” and another superhero movie “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” leads their category with four nominations each including individual awards for movie actors Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Scarlett Johansson, and Amy Adams.
Leading in the television category is the seasoned drama series, “Pretty Little Liars” with six nominations followed by “The Vampire Diaries” with five nominations. Following closely behind is FOX’s “EMPIRE” with four, and TV shows “Scream Queens”, “Jane the Virgin” and “The Flash” tally behind with three nominations each.
And lastly, the music category is round up with the biggest artists in the industry like Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez, 5 Seconds of Summer, One Direction, Taylor Swift, The Weeknd, and more!
