German DJ and producer Thomas Gold is back with a brand new release and it is the perfect track to kick-start our weekend.
After headlining shows at Ultra, EDC and Coachella as well as remixing the latest tracks by Hardwell, Connor Maynard and more, the DJ is now back with a brand new original release.
Titled “Wildest Dream”, Gold’s latest song sees him teaming up with Kosling and singer-songwriter Matthew Steeper. It is a euphoric track that is drawing its main inspiration from the golden-era of progressive anthems. Remember all those songs that turned your stomach into butterflies once the bass line dropped? “Wildest Dream” is one of those tracks. Filled with a soaring melodies and an uplifting progressive bass line, “Wildest Dream” takes us back to the early 2010s musically as well as to the greatest part of our youths lyrically.
“I still remember I was 17 / you said ‘don’t you ever give up easily'” sings Matthew Steeper during the chorus right before the chorus drops. It is a big track, made for making memories and made for reliving them with it playing as the perfect soundtrack.
Festival season, here we come! “Wildest Dream” will most surely be played more than once during it.
“Wildest Dream” was written by Harvel B, Thomas Gold, Kelly Sweet, Roxanne Emery and Matthew Steeper. It was produced by Thomas Gold with assistance by Harvel B.
