True love wins in Ariana Grande’s ‘Into You’ video

After Ariana dropped her lead single “Dangerous Woman” from her new album of the same name, we could not wait for more. Backstage at Wango Tango 2016, she confirmed “Into You” as her second single off the album. Today the video was released!

Taking a different approach from the “Dangerous Woman” and “Leave Me Lonely” videos, “Into You” highlights something everyone should follow. The video shows a contrast between two relationships; one which brings out the best of Ariana and can be herself in, whilst the other relationship is fake and is only there for the public eye. This makes the overall message for the video clear, “be with someone who makes you happy”.

Hannah Lux Davis was the director and also directed Ariana’s iconic videos for “Bang Bang”, “Love Me Harder” and “Focus”. Davis has undoubtedly created another masterpiece. The concept of the story is linked together beautifully through a mixture of scenery shots and going back and forth between the two men.

The outfits are also something very different for Ariana, including high waisted shorts, western belts and fringe jackets. She is definitely setting style trends for summer this year!
