Tyra Banks is back in the sequel to the classic hit, Life Size. Banks hinted on Sunday via Twitter that a significant development regarding the long awaited TV movie sequel was imminent. The supermodel-turned-actress revealed on Monday that the sequel, Life Size 2 is already filming and will premiere on Freeform this winter. Banks also revealed her costar who is Francia Raisa.
“Now filming: LIFE SIZE 2,” the model and TV host said on Twitter, “It’s time y’all! You’ve waited long enough. Could not find one single woman more perfect to co-star with Eve than the magnificently fierce @francuaraisa.”
People who watch Freeform frequently might recognize Raisa for her roles in shows such as Black-is spin off Grown-ish. She also appeared in Netflix’s Dear White People and in the 2009 comedy Fired Up!
In Life Size 2, Raisa plays Grace Manning, “the confident and funny CEO of Marathon Toys, a huge toy company started by her mother that is most famous for manufacturing the iconic Eve doll,” which was stated in a press release. The movie’s synopsis describes Grace as a “hot mess in the middle of her quarter-life crisis.”
