Capital FM Breakfast star Vick Hope is the fifth celebrity to be announced for Strictly Come Dancing 2018.
Vick has been a rumoured contestant in the press over the past week however, she officially confirmed the news on Capital FM this morning with Roman Kemp and Sonny Jay.

Vick is best known for co-hosting Capital FM’s Breakfast show, but she has also presented for the likes of 4Music, MTV, Channel 4 and The Disney Channel.
She is also The Voice UK and The Voice Kids’ digital reporter, and fronts Sky One’s Carnage with Freddie Flintoff and Lethal Bizzle. Additionally, Vick has presented numerous documentaries including That’s Not Me and The Slenderman Killings.
Speaking about her involvement in the show, Vick said: “I’m so excited about be a contestant on this year’s Strictly. I’ve always been a massive fan of the show so it’s a huge honour to be part of the series.”
“Dances like Ballroom and Latin are totally out of my comfort zone but I love dancing, it makes people happy – myself included. To be able to perform every Saturday is such an incredible opportunity – I couldn’t be looking forward to it any more and I will be throwing myself into it, working hard and learning from the judges every week.”

Vick joins the previously confirmed Katie Piper, Faye Tozer, Danny John-Jules, and Joe Sugg. More line up announcements are expected over the coming days.
