Over the past few weeks, British record breaking country music duo Ward Thomas have been putting the finishing touches on their upcoming third studio album which is the follow up to their 2014 number 1 Country Music debut ‘From Where We Stand‘ and the 2016 record breaking ‘Cartwheels‘ which debuted at number 1 on The Official Album Chart making Ward Thomas the first country act to top the UK all genre chart.
And while they spent much of 2017 touring the UK and performing festival slots across the world, twins Catherine and Lizzy did manage to release some new music in the form of their sublime covers EP ‘A Shorter Story‘.
And in the coming weeks fans will get new music from the duo as they have been sharing snippets from studio days on Instagram Stories and also revealed that they have been choosing album artwork this past week. And that’s not all, during our exclusive chat with the girls back in March they revealed that a new single could be released in “around 2 months time” which means it is due to drop any day now.
And while we await new music from Ward Thomas, it has been revealed that they will be supporting pop powerhouse Paloma Faith for three shows during her UK tour this June and August.
