Former Disney Channel star Zac Efron has announced that he will be producing and possibly starring in a new Hollywood blockbuster called ‘Straight to Hell’, the movie is based on John LeFevre’s book of the same name.

The book Straight to Hell was published back in 2015 and came out of LeFevre’s Twitter account @GSelevator, which is a collection of snippets overheard at the Goldman Sachs elevators. LeFevre’s book gives an entertaining and amusing inside glimpse into the rather dark world of Wall Street. The movie adaption of the book will be written by the Dirty Grandpa screenwriter John M. Phillips.

Along with producing the film Zac Efron is also looking to star in the future hit.

If Zac Efron manages to get a starring role in ‘Straight to Hell’, then it could be the biggest box office hit of his career and also propel him into more serious acting roles.

At the moment Efron is famous for his roles in musicals such as High School Musical and Hairspray, and also comedies such as Bad Neighbours, and Dave and Mike Need Wedding Dates. All these movies have been big hits but he is yet to cement himself as the leading man of Hollywood, this Wolf Street style movie could change all that.

Do you think Zac Efron should also star as well as produce ‘Straight to Hell’? Let us know your thoughts over on Twitter @CelebMix.
