Between TV show performances, new music video releases, and hitting 500 million views on Vevo, Zayn took some time out of his busy schedule to make a trip to New York City to attend the amfAR Inspiration Gala at Skylight at Moynihan Station.

In it’s 25 years of existence, amfAR has fought to end the AIDS/HIV epidemic that is taking place in countries across the globe. The organization has raised hundreds of millions of dollars for AIDS research, prevention, and care so far, and that number continues to climb.
Tonight, the event held it’s seventh Inspiration Gala in New York City, which is a black tie event that celebrates men’s fashion while raising funds for AIDS/HIV research and care. With a number of live performances, a huge auction, and a runway show, the event has raised over $26 million dollars for AIDS/HIV research to date.
Zayn was invited to the show to introduce and honor Kim Jones, the Louis Vuttion men’s artistic director. He took the stage for a quick speech, attended the red carpet event beforehand, and posted with honorees throughout the night. Other attendees to the event included fashion icons like Marc Jacobs and Michael Kors, along with huge stars like Rhianna, Kate Moss, and Zac Posen. Whoppi Golderg was also invited as as the master of ceremonies, and Jason Derulo was one of the performers.
We’re pretty proud of Zayn for receiving the honor of being invited to such a well respected and prestigious event, and it’s great to see him joining forces with organizations bringing about such a positive change to the world!
