Just last week, multi-platinum DJ and producer Zedd dropped a hot new single called ‘The Middle’. The track sees him team up with country artist Maren Morris and production duo Grey.
Since then, fans have been lapping up the dance track whilst eagerly awaiting the music video. Last night, the wait was finally over as the official video premiered during the 60th GRAMMY Awards.
Directed by Dave Meyers, the video was released in partnership with US retailer Target. ‘The Middle’ will also feature as the soundtrack to the Target Style spring marketing campaign, which kicks off on February 4th. Armed with vibrant LED lights, the live performance video is full of eye-catching choreography, including a stunning clock-like section on the floor.
Speaking about the video in the YouTube description, Zedd said: “I finally got to work on a music video with Dave Meyers. It’s such an honor!! Also, this was definitely the most people I’ve ever had in one music video!!! I hope you like it.”
Maren added: “Dancing in stilettos for 15 hours? Worth it. :)”, whilst Grey stated that they “had such a great time filming this with our friends, enjoy! ”
