5 Seconds of Summer got into the Halloween spirit at their iHeartRadio concert on Thursday, October 29th. Dressed as an 80’s rock band, they surprised fans at their iHeartRadio performance in New York. Not only did they enter with traffic cones on their head, but they also changed their Twitter name!
Being in the 5SOS Fam, we all know that 5SOS is a crazy band, and they are really dorky sometimes. This is definitely one of those times. 5SOS have abandoned their old, boring names for something a little more… interesting. I think we can all agree “Luke” is way too plain. That’s why he is now “Lucas Loxx.”As for Ashton, he is now “Ashton Axxe.” Calum is now “Calum Coxx,” and Michael is now “Michael Magixx.”
Don’t think they stopped at just their names, oh no. They changed the band’s name too, because why not? 5 Seconds of Summer is too mainstream, we need more of an 80’s rock band type of name. The new and improved name is “5 Seconds of Sexx.” Because they are now an 80’s rock band, they needed new looks, so that’s what they got.

This is one of the best Halloween celebrations I have ever seen. They aren’t permanently changing their names, if you thought this was serious (haha sorry). It’s going to be hard to beat these costumes!
