Liverpool solo artist Adam Jay has released his debut EP Matchbox ahead of his first UK tour taking place later this month.
Since kicking off his career in music in 2017, Adam has been working relentlessly on his first body of work. Matchbox which was recorded at Soundback studios in August last year saw him team up with Ieaun Kearney (Drums) and Liam Brady (Bassist). When listening to the release you’re met with his twangy vocals, driving drum lines and twirling guitars rolled into a neat 19-minute musical package.
Alongside the release of the Matchbox EP, Adam Jay will be heading out on a three date UK tour with his backing band visiting Leeds, Liverpool and Sheffield later this month.

Friday 26th July – Eiger Studios, Leeds
Saturday 27th July – The Zanzibar, Liverpool
Sunday 28th July – Cafe Totem, Sheffield.

This tour marks an exciting new chapter in Adam’s career and we can’t wait to see where his journey takes him.
