The auditions for America’s Got Talent‘s 12th season continued on Tuesday night with Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Mel B, and Heidi Klum as the judges, with Tyra Banks as the host. Again, we saw a set of diverse acts that blew us away.

In case you missed the most recent episode, here is a recap!

    Maxim Popazov

Maxim Popazov is from Las Vegas, and both he and his wife auditioned on this episode of AGT. However, unlike other married acts, they performed alone. For Maxim’s act, he stacked chairs on top of each other and balanced on top of them. The judges and the audience gasped as he continued to add more chairs in this very dangerous ladder.

    Maria Popazov

Maria Popazov performed an impressive contortionist act, which ended in her using only her teeth to balance on top of a pole.

    The Masqueraders

The Masqueraders are a talented trip that have been together for over fifty years. They had a hit song back in the 60s and decided to come on AGT for their second chance at their dream. For their audition, they sang Sam Cooke’s “A Change Is Gonna Come.”

    Deuntay Diggs

Deuntay Diggs revealed that he has been a deputy police officer for over eight years. He auditioned for the show to prove that cops can “let loose and have fun” and he did just that with his dance routine to Demi Lovato’s “Complicated.” Although his performance was very entertaining, the judges all buzzed him before he even finished his routine.

    Sara Carson & Hero

Dressed like a pirate, Sara Carson and her dog Hero performed a choreographed sword fight together. Both Simon and Heidi immediately gave the pair a yes, but Howie and Mel B gave them a no. Simon was shocked at their responses and went up to the stage to comfort Sara and beg Howie and Mel B to reconsider. After the audience chanted Howie’s name, he eventually agreed to put Sara and Hero through to the next round.

    Johnny Manuel

Johnny Manuel said that he was previously signed to a record label when he was younger, but unfortunately, it did not work out in the end. Now back for his second chance at his dream, Johnny covered Whitney Houston’s “I Have Nothing” and absolutely nailed it.

    Sirqus Alfon

Sirqus Alfon is a trio of acrobats who perform laying on their backs while a projection shows their movements on a screen. Simon buzzed them half way through their audition and gave them a no. Heidi, Mel B, and Howie, however, gave them all yeses, which means they advance to the next round.

    Final Draft

Final Draft is a singing group from Atlanta, Georgia. For their audition, they performed “It’s a Man’s World,” where they impressed all of the judges, who unanimously agreed to send them to the next round.

    Oskar and Gaspar

When Oskar and Gaspar invited Heidi to perform on stage with them because she loves Halloween, everyone was left wondering what would happen next. When Heidi left the stage and came back, she returned in a white jumpsuit. She stood still on stage while images were projected onto her jumpsuit, including all of the judges’ faces.

    Vinny Grosso

Vinny Grosso said that his day job involves working for a window company, but that his ultimate dream is to become a magician. He invited Howie on stage with him to perform a card trick. The judges and the audience loved him, resulting in him moving on to the next round.

    Carlos De Antonis

Carlos De Antonis is a cab driver from Miami, Florida. He says that he sings to his passengers, and one of them actually told him to audition for America’s Got Talent. He performed opera, and the audience and judges all gave him a standing ovation. When he received positive comments from the judges, he became very emotional.
