New music incoming! Ariana Grande has revealed that her summer single ‘Boyfriend’ will be dropping this Friday (August 2). The track is a collaboration with production duo Social House, who previously worked with the songstress on tracks including ‘thank u, next’ and ‘7 Rings’.
Whilst we don’t know too much about the song just yet, we know that it will come with a Hannah Lux Davis-directed video. Ari shared a short clip on her social media accounts earlier today which teases the song and its accompanying visual.

‘Boyfriend’ will be Ariana’s first single since ‘Monopoly’ featuring Victoria Monet and follows on from the success of her fifth studio album, thank u, next.
It seems that this is just the start of even more new music from the vocal powerhouse, as we already know that she will soon be releasing a collaboration called ‘Angel’ with Miley Cyrus and Lana Del Rey, which is the lead single taken from the soundtrack to the forthcoming Charlie’s Angels movie. Ariana is also one of the executive producers of the soundtrack and is confirmed to collaborate with Chaka Khan on a track.
