Caitlyn Jenner is ready to tell her story. In a new teaser trailer for her upcoming E! series “I Am Cait,” the former Olympian revealed she is ready to do things “for the first time.”
“Why did I decide to do a series? I am telling my story. People don’t understand looking into the mirror and nothing seems right. Putting on clothes that you just really don’t identify with. This is about getting to be who you really are,” Jenner said in the minute long clip.
In the new promo, the 65-year-old is shown embracing family members, friends and her 17-year-old daughter Kylie Jenner. Most of all, Jenner looks happier than ever as she opens up about her private life.
“We’re going to talk about everything,” she added. “We’re going to do a lot of fun things for the first time. We’re going to go shopping for the first time. Maybe even some boy stuff like ride a motorcycle – because girls do that too. It’s going to be quite a journey. We’re going to do some good.”
“I Am Cait” premieres Saturday, August 2 on E!.
