Fifth Harmony has now become a foursome as one member is ‘Miss Movin’ On.’
The dynamic girl group took to Twitter to announce Camila Cabello’s departure from the ensemble, who all joined forces on the American version of The X Factor back in 2012.

“After 4 and a half years of being together, we have been informed via her representatives that Camila has decided to leave Fifth Harmony. We wish her well,” Ally, Normani, Dinah and Lauren wrote. The girls still plan to move forward with the group, as well as independent projects.
“We are excited for our future, and we can’t wait for what the new year brings,” they added.
The group of five shared the stage for the last time Sunday night at Y100’s Jingle Ball in Miami. Ironically, their first ever performance together was also in Miami as they sang at Simon Cowell’s home prior to The X Factor live shows.
Cabello’s decision to leave 5H is no surprise as the 19-year-old has been hinting at a solo career of her own. Cabello and Shawn Mendes’ collaboration “I Know What You Did Last Summer” topped the charts shortly after its release last November and her most recent single “Bad Things” with Machine Gun Kelly has just earned Gold certification in the United States.
Last month, 5H revealed that their third studio album is underway.
Cabello has yet to comment on her exit from the group.
