After teasing the collaboration last week, Clean Bandit and Julia Michaels have dropped their incredible new single ‘I Miss You’.
Written by Julia, and produced by Jack Patterson, Grace Chatto and Mark Ralph, the track is simply stunning. Combining Clean Bandit’s slick production and iconic instrumental with Julia’s captivating vocals, ‘I Miss You’ has all the elements of a hit single. Lyrically, the song (in Julia’s words) tells the tale of a “tragic, tragic breakup”.

Whilst ‘I Miss You’ is a bop, the track is also full of emotion and delivers heartache in a breathtaking new way thanks to Julia’s sublime vocals. We’re obsessed with this collaboration – Clean Bandit and Julia are truly a partnership made in heaven.

‘I Miss You’ follows on from Clean Bandit’s previous chart toppers, ‘Rockabye’ featuring Sean Paul and Anne-Marie, and ‘Symphony’ featuring Zara Larsson. This Julia Michaels collab has a different feel to it, but definitely has the power to be another chart-topper for the trio, whilst further propelling Julia to the stardom she deserves.
Clean Bandit will be heading out on their UK tour this week. Starting on Sunday in Glasgow, the trio will also visit the likes of Bournemouth, London and Manchester. They will be supported by Australian songstress Starley.
