Cody Simpson & The Tide’s laid back vibe is shown 100% in their latest acoustic and live music video for “Tell My Why“. The video captures the emotion in Cody’s voice as he sings, “Cry for the young man / Who’s fighting for your mind / Cry for the old man / Who’s just passed its time / Tell me why, tell me why / You ain’t living but you do not die.”
“This version of “Tell Me Why” showcases a vibe very similar to how the song was originally written: jamming, spitting out soulful spontaneous lyrics and melodies,” says Cody Simpson & The Tide.
