Hot on the heels of her newly released debut EP, Dinah Jane has delighted fans as her track ‘Retrograde’ is finally available on all platforms.
Dinah first unveiled ‘Retrograde’ back in December 2018, when she performed the track at the iHeartRadio Jingle Bell Ball. A few months later, in March 2019, she unveiled a video for the track, which intertwined footage of her working hard nailing her moves in the dance studio with shots of her performing on stage.
At the time, Dinah said that ‘Retrograde’ would be available on streaming services at a later date, however, when her EP Dinah Jane 1 was unveiled, the track was nowhere to be seen, although we were gifted with three incredible songs: ‘Heard It All Before’, ‘Pass Me By’, and ‘Fix It’.
Earlier today (May 8), Dinah delighted fans by finally dropping ‘Retrograde’ on all platforms including Spotify, which you can stream below. After jokingly calling her fans “spoiled ass brats” for wanting both ‘Retrograde’ and the EP at once, Dinah said that she wants to “see them vids of y’all doin a back flip. upside down twerk. ghost ride the whip. hit the woah. break ya backk. idc. go crazy. she’s all yours. officially.”
With ‘Retrograde’ and Dinah Jane 1 now available everywhere, it’s safe to say that the songstress has truly delivered the goods by showcasing various sides to her artistry. Bringing her own blend of soulful yet sassy R&B to the table, Dinah Jane is a force to be reckoned with and we definitely think she’s one to watch over the coming months. Don’t say we didn’t warn you!
