The single has a relaxed vibe throughout, with a particular emphasis on a guitar sound throughout the track. As with her previous releases, which include ‘Lost & Found’ and ‘Habit,’ each track showcases her exceptional vocals.
In a video released on to her social media accounts, the meaning behind the track was further explained to listeners. When Emily was fourteen years old, she went through her first break-up and she ploughed all the emotions she felt into the song. The track focuses on the theme of self-love, finding love within yourself before having the capacity to love anyone else.
‘Self love and care is so important. I have finally found myself.’
