We are officially just weeks away from a new Lana Del Rey album, her first since 2017’s Lust For Life. Earlier this week, the artist spilt ALL the tea on her forthcoming sixth studio album so we’ve rounded up everything you need to know about it.
What’s it called?
As previously revealed back in September last year, Lana’s new album will be called Norman Fucking Rockwell! Speaking to Beats 1’s Zane Lowe at the time, Lana said: “So the title track is called ‘Norman Fucking Rockwell’ and it’s kind of about this guy who is such a genius artist but he thinks he’s the shit and he knows it and he like won’t shut up talking about it.
“So often I ended up with these creative types or not or whatever and you know they just go on and on about themselves and I’m like yeah, yeah. But there’s a little bit of merit to it also. They are so good. I just like the title track so much that I was like OK, I definitely want the record to also be called that.”
When is it released?
Lana confirmed this week that Norman Fucking Rockwell! will officially be released on August 30. We. Can’t. Wait!
What’s on the tracklist?
The 14-track album will include the previously released ‘Mariners Apartment Complex’, ‘Venice Bitch’, ‘Hope Is a Dangerous Thing for a Woman Like Me to Have – but I Have It’, and a cover of Sublime’s ‘Doin’ Time’.

What about the artwork?
When confirming the album release date, Lana also shared the official album artwork. The cover features Lana and Duke Nicholson (grandson of actor Jack Nicholson) on a sailboat. The artwork was shot by Lana’s photographer sister Chuck Grant.
There is also an alternate cover making the rounds which is taken from the Urban Outfitters limited edition vinyl copy of Norman Fucking Rockwell!
Who’s Lana worked with on the album?
It’s no secret that Lana has worked closely with Jack Antonoff on the album, with the Bleachers frontman co-writing and producing a large chunk of the record. Rick Nowels and Zach Dawes are also credited as producers.
When can we hear the songs live?

The songstress will be performing shows in the US in September and October, including stops in Los Angeles and San Diego. She will then be heading over to Europe in February for shows in Amsterdam, Paris, London, Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham, Berlin and Cologne.
