Singer, songwriter and model Sam Way has recently released his new single ‘You And Your Things’. The new track follows on from his critically acclaimed EP ‘Archetype’ which was released last year.
Speaking about his new single, and upcoming album Sam says; ” ‘You And All Your Things’ is the first single from my upcoming album – Alchemy – which is coming later in the year. I’ve been busy in the studio and the tracks for the record are really coming together now”.

And it’s not just a new album that Sam Way has in the works as the rising star also confirmed that he will be touring this year; “I honestly can’t wait to share it all and get back on the road touring. I’m currently planning my first run of European dates this year which is exiting”
Way also confirmed he feels a little awkward sharing the song as it is so personal, and is a reflection of how 2018 has started; “2018 has definitely started with a bang, both personally and with music and ‘You And All Your Things’ is a reflection of this. It’s a deeply personal song, almost so intimate I feel a bit awkward sharing it, but i guess that’s part of what being a songwriter is, infusing your experience and emotion into your art”
Sam has also opened up about the response from both fans and critics,saying: “The response so far from fans and press has been quite overwhelming with the song being called my most accomplished work, but when I think about it, it’s more like a poem, I know something deeply vulnerable and meaningful is captured in that song and I guess that’s why people are resonating with it; Because it feels true”
The singer also confirmed that a new single should be dropping next month, with a music video for ‘You And Your Things’ also in the works; “For the rest of 2018, I’m just building on this and should be dropping another track next month! I’d love to get music video filmed for ‘You And All Your Things’ and the next release too! But it’s all depends on concept, budget and how well ‘You And All Your Things’ does too”.
