Split’s James McAvoy and Unbreakable’s Bruce Willis are finally going to come face-to-face with each other in M. Night’s Shyamalan’s sequel Glass.

Shyamalan’s combination of the two films came a surprise to fans when the twist ending to Split came to light and revealed that a long awaited Unbreakable sequel is coming.
In Split, McAvoy’s disturbed character who wrestles with 23 personalities was last seen as the new 24th personality The Beast, whereas the very last scene revealed Bruce Willis’ character David Dunn from Unbreakable.
Fans were shocked and excited at the prospect of a sequel especially after Shyamalan’s confirmation via his Twitter that it was going ahead with all of the cast returning to their roles.
My new film is the sequel to #Unbreakable AND #Split. It was always my dream to have both films collide in this third film.

Shyamalan also revealed that McAvoy’s character (Kevin) was in the original Unbreakable script and shared his hopes to make a third film to tie up the series.
It will follow Dunn’s hunt for Kevin’s superhuman personality The Beast which leads him back to Mr Glass. Mr Glass is Unbreakable’s supervillain played by the incredible Samuel L. Jackson and his character will turn out to be vital as he possesses crucial secrets about both men.
Split’s Anya Taylor-Joy is also returning although her involvement hasn’t been explained yet. Golden Globe winner Sarah Paulson has also been confirmed to be among the new additions to the cast.
Incredibly fortunate to round out our iconic cast of actors on #Glass… @MsSarahPaulson will be joining us. #powerhouse
