Hollie Carmen might not be a name who’s graced CelebMix’s pages before but following the release of her new single Plan B we think this is all going to change.
Plan B follows on from the release of tracks Butterflies and Warrior Love in 2018, introducing the world to Hollie’s soul filled tracks which see laying her feelings out on the table creating real and relatable music. The single is empowering, reminding everyone and yourself that you’re “never gonna be anyone’s plan B“. Flaunting Hollie’s incredible vocal ability, it’s clear to see this is a song coming from the heart, as she reveals it’s about “finally finding my voice after a relationship I gave so much to, and that I should’ve walked away from long before I actually did, ended. It’s about finding my power and being honest with myself about how I’d been treated.”.
2019 might have just started but Hollie Carmen looks set to make this her biggest year yet. With the release of Plan B has also come the announcement of her debut EP also titled Plan B which is set for release on 20th March. She will also be performing a special EP release show at The Waiting Room in Stoke Newington, London on Tuesday 19th March. Presale for the show begins tomorrow from here, whilst the show goes on general sale this Friday (1st March) from here.
