The show features Elisabeth Moss, who plays the lead character, Offred, Alexis Bledel, Samira Wiley, Yvonne Strahovski and more.

In a country where fertility rates are low, women (there aren’t many) who have the ability to have children are kidnapped and forced to bare children for wealthy men and women who cannot have children themselves. Once those women (also called Handmaids) give birth, they move onto a different family and repeat the process. June a.k.a Offred, one of the Handmaid’s tries to get out and escape to Canada to be with her husband, but wants to save her child first. She faces issues trying to escape. To find out more, make sure to watch the show!

During the SuperBowl, fans got a first look with a brand new trailer, but there was no answer as to when it was going to be released. Luckily, Hulu tweeted the release date.

Mark your calendars, as season three of The Handmaid’s Tale will be available to watch on June 5th.
