Introducing Grace: Music's new rising star 3
If you’ve been looking for a new artist to become a fan of, look no further! A new superstar; Grace, is on the rise. You may have recently heard her music, especially all those of us in the UK.

Her hit new single You Don’t Own Me, which features rapper G-Easy, got nationwide exposure when House of Fraser chose it to accompany their Christmas ad, and since then it’s been a runaway success and catapulted Grace into the spotlight.

As it gained popularity, X Factor’s Lauren Murray then covered it and she was instantly a trending search topic on iTunes for hours afterwards.

You Don’t Own Me is right now one of the highest ranking songs in the UK iTunes hot songs section; placing Grace second only to the world’s current king of pop music Justin Bieber, whose Ed Sheeran collaboration Love Yourself is the highest.

This week Grace has been in London promoting You Don’t Own Me, and yesterday she made her exciting UK television debut performing the single on Alan Carr’s Chatty Man.

She’s chatted to Heart Radio, Kiss FM, then YDOM was made Radio 1’s track of the day on Wednesday, and to top it all off she’s performing alongside the greats at Capital FM’s Jingle Bell Ball tomorrow.

Looks like Grace really is the new girl to watch out for and is taking over the UK music scene!

If for some reason you haven’t heard the single yet or have been living under a rock or in the jungle the last few weeks, it’s a fun yet sophisticated, imposing banger with rebellious and empowering lyrics.

Also notable is the depth of layers to the structure of the music, yet Grace’s incredible and haunting vocals are still the highlight and centerpiece. In places it even has a somewhat Amy Winehouse vibe, and has gone down well amongst Amy fans.

Give it a listen and let us know what you think!
