Singer-songwriter Iris debuted her single “Crazy” this year, quickly gaining the attraction of Netflix’s Santa Clarita Diet. The single is now available in an acoustic version on YouTube.
“Crazy” is described as a song that puts into perspective how love can make you have thoughts and do things that seem out of character. It’s meant to inspire fans to remind themselves that love is powerful and it doesn’t have to make sense to everyone else around you because they’re not feeling how you’re feeling about another person.
In the video, Iris sits on a leather couch with a single microphone in front of her and a guitarist by her side. The frame changes from her right side to her staring straight into the camera in some of the most climatic moments of the song when she sings “I’m not crazy/ I’m just crazy about you.”
