The 18 year old singer-songwriter, Jacob Whitesides, announced he will be postponing his European leg of his Lovesick tour, via Twitter earlier today.
He was set to tour Europe this October but announced a few hours ago that he will have to postpone the tour as he was ‘presented with the chance to tour with one of his all time favourite artists, Ben Rector.’

Although some fans were outraged as they were travelling from other countries and had already paid for trains, flights and hotels, many fans understood Jacob’s decision but were still upset.
Don’t worry if you were really excited to see Jacob at one of his European dates, he will be rescheduling his tour dates and even announced he will be adding more European dates. But in the mean time everyone who purchased a ticket to one of his cancelled dates, will receive an email with all of the refund information.

Jacob also took to Twitter to thank his fans for being so understanding.

- Lisbon, Portugal – October 25th October
Jacob will now be touring the U.S with Ben Rector, the following dates that he will be attending are as followed:
