Singer and songwriter Jake Quickenden has released his new single, which is titled ‘Black Mirror.’

The start of the track initially seems quite dark, and this is also reflected in the single’s artwork. With powerful and emotional lyrics, the track truly tells a story, and makes for a great single!
The single closely follows ‘Ineffable,’ another original track which was released at the end of June. His debut EP, titled ‘New Chapter,’ was released in April 2016, featuring several original songs he had been working on.
Jake Quickenden is best known for his appearance on ‘The X Factor’. He made it to the Live Shows stage and was mentored by Judge Mel B. Following his time on the show, he appeared on reality show ‘I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’ – whereby he went on to become the runner-up.
In the time that followed after, Jake has focused on both his music and pursuing a career in presenting. He has embarked on several headline UK and Ireland tours, releasing a string of original music along the way.
It was also recently announced that he was engaged to long-term girlfriend Danielle Fogarty, who he met following his time in ‘I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’
