After months of speculation, Maroon 5 is confirmed to headline the 2019 Super Bowl halftime show.
Performing alongside Maroon 5 are Travis Scott and Atlanta native Big Boi of Outkast.
The group finally announced their participation in the Super Bowl LIII halftime show on Sunday via a one minute promotional video. The clip came as NFL finally broke the news officially as well.
The video montage set to the strains of a marching band drum line shows the band backstage limbering up, performing live and rocking out ending with glimpses of Scott and Big Boi.
The reveal comes months after the high profile performers for the gig are typically announced following a number of high profile artists including Rihanna, ADELE, Jay-Z and Cardi B turning down the opportunity to perform.
