Morgan Evans hails from Newcastle, Australia, a steel and coal town on the East Coast. The rising country music star remembers having an early interest in music and started playing guitar aged just 13. He spent his teenage years seeing the country through the windows of an old van while he toured in a band with his brother.

Evans was raised on artists such as Garth Brooks, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Creedence Clearwater Revival, and Led Zeppelin, and it was while he was aged 17 that a Keith Urban concert changed his life forever.  From that point on, he knew that music was exactly what he wanted to spend his entire life creating.

He signed to Warner Music Australia in 2012, and his his relationship with the Warner Music family is still going strong in Nashville today.
