Rylie Bourne to Release New Single ‘Untrue’ Next Friday

Rylie Bourne is an exciting rising talent whose musical journey began back in 2015 with the release of her eight-tack self-titled debut album. The LP was produced by renowned Nashville session musician, Guthrie Trapp.

Since the critically acclaimed records’ release, the 23-year-old Illinois native singer has been honing her craft, playing shows all over the country from bars to the CMAFest. Her wide range of musical influences are evident her her musical output, but her own sound is uniquely her own.

Bourne grew up in a family of musicians, and sang on her first track aged just 7. Most of her weekends as a child were spent attending Bluegrass festivals, which she now attributes to her ear for harmony. Last year she graduated from the Nashville-based graduate program ‘Segue 61’ where she met her friend and now duo partner, Damon Atkins. The pair toured the Midwest and East Coast together last Autumn.

2017 also saw Rylie release a brand new single titled ‘Shoot to Kill‘ which dropped on September 1st. The song represents a raw version of herself that she had to showcase. Her new EP is due for release later this year and her brand new single ‘Untrue’ will be dropping on Friday, May 11th.
