Scream Queens Renewed For Second Season

Fox’s horror/comedy show Scream Queens has just been renewed for a second season!

The first season of Scream Queens took place at a college campus, where a serial killer was murdering members of the Kappa Kappa Tau sorority. Ryan Murphy, one of the show’s creators, has previously stated that he wanted season two to take place at summer camp. It has now been revealed that the second season will be set at a hospital, where “some of the most fascinating and bizarre medical cases are under observation.”

The cast for season two has not been revealed yet. A spokesperson for Fox has stated that some of season one’s cast are expected back. Fox CEO Dana Walden says, “Ryan intends to bring some of the actors from the first installment back. I believe they will be the same characters. We’ve just started having very preliminary conversations so not 100 percent sure exactly what their plans are, but the initial conversations were very much to return some of the characters.”

A big part of the cast was killed off during season one of Scream Queens because the creators decided to kill at least one character every week. When the show ended, three of the main characters, the Chanels, ended up in an insane asylum. Hester Ulrich, one of the red devil serial killers, is still on the loose, but has said that she won’t kill anymore. Perhaps she has changed her mind in season two? After all she was raised to kill.
