The 100 is a post-apocalyptic show based around what life on Earth, if even possible, is like three generations after a nuclear Armageddon destroys civilization. When resources are low the leaders send 100 prisoners back to the Earth to test if it’s habitable before risking the lives of all the remaining survivors living on the space ark. What they find of Earth is far worse than what they could have ever imagined.
The perfect show to start an acting career with, especially due to the fact the show is on it’s 3rd season now meaning it already has a well formed cast and dedicated fanbase.
On the 29th July Jason Rothenberg, the Creator/Executive Producer of The 100, confirmed Shawn Mendes’ appearance on the show when he tweeted a ‘Yes it’s true! #the100 @shawnmendes’ alongside a picture of himself and Shawn.
Not long after, Shawn then put a picture of himself outside a trailer with the name of ‘Macallan’ on it on Instagram, with the caption of ‘HEY GUYS !!! IM GUNNA BE ON #THE100 !!! SO EXCITED!!’
