And ahead of her forthcoming UK tour dates, Tenille Townes has shared the official music video for her stunning debut single, ‘Somebody’s Daughter’. The track is doing extremely well and will be making its official impact at US Country radio this coming week having already been supported by key international radio stations including the likes of Ricky Ross on BBC Radio Scotland and Chris Country.
The song has been lifted off her forthcoming full-length debut album—produced by Jay Joyce—which is set for release in 2019 via Columbia Nashville / Sony Music UK.
Speaking about the track and video, Tenille Townes says: “It makes me so happy to have this video out in the world, telling a visual story of this song with a message that is so important to me. My hope is for people to feel empowered to recognise those around us. We’ve all got a story and something we’re working through and I believe the little things count. There’s a lot we can learn from a kid at a lemonade stand.”
