It has been a long wait for Descendants 2 to be aired in the UK. It’s good news though, we only have to wait just over a month for its premiere. That’s right, the UK release date has been announced.
The Descendants 2 cast has been in London the past few days, recording promotional visuals for the UK premiere of the Disney film. We previously reviewed the film when it premiered in the US, you can read the review here.
In a fun video with the Mirror, cast stars Sofia Carson and Booboo Stewart, who play Evie and Jay in the film, announced that people in the UK can watch Descendants 2 on 20 October 2017 at 5pm on the Disney Channel and Disney Life.
It’s just a little over a month, which gives you plenty of time to keep playing the soundtrack on repeat like we keep doing. Plenty of time to check out all our Descendants 2 articles. And, plenty of time to learn the dance moves to the songs.
This has been one of the Disney Channel’s most anticipated films. It premiered on six networks in the US and racked up a total of 21 million viewers (including delayed viewing). This is a film no one wants to miss!
