Game of Thrones fans will be excited to hear that there have been a number of rumours circulating about one of its main characters, Jon Snow (played by Kit Harington).
Ever since Snow’s shock exit from the last series, there has been a great amount of speculation whether he will in fact make a return for series six. There have been many fan theories about how it could happen, with one of the most popular ones being that Melisandre (The Red Woman) will bring him back to life.
However, regardless of how he might be brought back, it seems as though he will be set to return. Over the past week, there have been numerous sightings of Kit Harington in Belfast, which is a known filming location for the popular HBO series. Not only was Harington seen around Belfast, but he was allegedly seen on set filming an epic battle scene.
As if this wasn’t enough to send fans into a frenzy, Harington has also recently said in an interview with Belgian magazine Humo that although he cannot talk about his exact involvement in the TV programme, he did say: “The important thing is that I now know exactly how long I am still under contract… let’s just say that Game of Thrones will remain a part of my life for a while”.
It all seems very ambiguous, but no one will know for certain until Game of Thrones returns to UK screens in the Spring of 2016.
