Yonee is a self taught music producer and songwriter and his debut release ‘Bombs Of My Love’ is a pop-dance record which delivers a message of unity.
Speaking about the single, the rising star said: “One of the most important things to me is to engage other people in trying to bring more happiness to the world. That’s what I try to do as a person, and if I can achieve something similar with my music, then that would be the most fulfilling part of all this for me.”
Sadly during the recording process of ‘Bombs Of My Love’ tragedies struck around the world including the terror attacks in Paris and in Yonee’s hometown of Orlando. After seeing the terror being created around the world he packed his bags and headed to the memorial sites where he met painters to interpret the songs lyrics through art. He also discussed how they could use their voices and art to bring positivity and support to others.
The result was a very powerful video.
