Mammoth Film festival is one of those rare unique gems, that while it continues to grow in popularity, it doesn’t let it go to its head. It reminds true to itself and it’s roots, while still managing deliver ground breaking content. This year’s festival was no different.

At it’s heart Mammoth is a retreat for those who love film headed up by the president of the festival, Tanner Beard. It’s a chance for creatives, filmmakers, actors, directors, writers, producers etc to showcase their various talents and their work.

The Mammoth Film Festivals core aim is to lead the charge for an ever-changing landscape of film and media. As content continues to be consumed on new and different platforms, their is a very real fear that independent film will become lost.

Mammoth Film Festival hopes to be an important institution towards fostering independent filmmakers and their stories so that they always have a way to continue to be seen and heard.
