Who is Lilly Ahlberg?

Lilly Ahlberg is a singer-songwriter, who was born in Italy, grew up in Sweden but currently resides in London. She first came to our attention as a YouTuber under the channel name sillllylilllly, where she regularly posted covers which garnered incredible attention. To date, her channel has amassed over 12 million views.

In 2014, Lilly released her first original song ‘Fade’, and two years later she was signed by Polydor Records. After moving to London to work on her original material, Lilly released her official debut single ‘Bad Boys’ in January 2018. Since then, she has featured on UØ’s ‘Don’t Talk About It’ and has performed across the country, including a slot at The Great Escape festival in Brighton.

Now, the songstress is back with her new single ‘Flashing The Lights’, which is set to propel her to dizzy new heights. Produced by Hank Solo and co-written with Teemu, the electrifying track sees Lilly deliver an intoxicating vocal over an infectious melody which is bound to be stuck in your mind for the rest of the day. ‘Flashing The Lights’ is the perfect track for any late night summer party, and we can’t wait to play it at full volume over the coming months.

Speaking about ‘Flashing The Lights’, Lilly said: “The track is about a relationship that for some reason never blooms”, something which almost all of us can relate to.
