Following its all-female launch on Tuesday, eight male housemates made their way into the Celebrity Big Brother house last night (January 5).
Joining Ann Widdecombe, Malika Haqq, Rachel Johnson, Ashley James, India Willoughby, Maggie Oliver, Jess Impiazzi and Amanda Barrie in the house are:
54-year-old John Barnes is best known for being a former footballer. In his time he played 79 games for England, scoring 11 goals.
Shane Jenek / Courtney Act
Shane, aged 35, is perhaps best known as his drag alter ego Courtney Act who was the runner up in season six of Ru Paul’s Drag Race. Shane/Courtney recently appeared on MTV’s Single AF.
Shane, 41, is best known for being part of boyband Boyzone. He will know a little of what to expect from the experience as his sister, B*Witched’s Edele Lynch, took part in the show back in 2014.
26-year-old Jonny rose to fame last summer as a contestant on Love Island and will therefore be pretty used to the reality TV experience.
Daniel O’Reilly (Dapper Laughs)
Daniel O’Reilly, 33, is best known as the controversial Dapper Laughs. The comedian gets one million Snapchat views a day.
69-year-old Wayne is a well known dancer and choreographer. At just 5’2″, he is the shortest dancer ever to be admitted into the Royal School of Ballet.
Andrew, aged 27, is best known for being a contestant on The Apprentice 2017. Like Jonny, he will be well prepared for this new reality experience.
Finally, there’s 47-year old Ginuwine. The RnB singer has released seven studio albums although he is probably best known for his hit ‘Pony’.
Whilst the men settled into their new surroundings, host Emma Willis revealed that the women are very much still in control of the house.
The ladies will be tasked with allocating the following roles to the men: two butlers, two chefs, two house cleaners and two bathroom cleaners. The women will also be the only ones to nominate housemates for the first eviction.
