Ella Poletti finally returns to the music scene! This time, she has got something even bigger in store for us. After her collaboration on “What To Do” with Out There, the emerging singer-songwriter today debuts her first original song ever. Those are exciting times, especially considering that the new track is even better than the ones she guest-starred on before.
Ella’s first solo track takes on a different direction, not only musically but also content-wise. While her previous releases were either acoustic covers or features on dance tracks, Ella now ventures into “unknown” territory. The release is a powerhouse-pop track that deals with the emotional up-and-downs of a fairly rocky relationship. She questions herself how she managed to go along with the situation she was facing, knowing it was wrong to give herself all the way to a person that did not reciprocate her feelings.
The singer-songwriter goes all the way, sharing her inner monologue with the audience, accompanied by a compelling production that perfectly matches her singing. “You’re a love that chills my bones”, she eventually croons, once the chorus kicks in, “but I can’t let you go.” Appropriately for the topic of the track, it is titled “Bones”.
