On early Monday morning, Hugh Jackman posted a video of himself shaving off his famous beard, the signature look of his character, Logan/Wolverine, from the X-Men series.
Jackman captioned the post with “My wife is going to be very happy,” and added the hashtag #GoodbyeChops.

The 47-year-old actor has been playing Wolverine since the year 2000. Since then, he’s played the role in eight X-Men films, two of them being individual films for his character. He recently finished production for a third movie, which does not have an official title or plot just yet. However, some fans think the movie will focus on the “Old Man Logan” story from the Wolverine comics.
The movie will hit theaters on March 3, 2017.
