Kanye West has dropped a new track for the summer. The untitled song, which premiered on Big Boy’s 92.3 radio show this morning, is the first track to be unveiled from his collaborative album Cruel Winter. The forthcoming album is the follow up to G.O.O.D Music’s 2012 offering, Cruel Summer.
The track is currently untitled according to Kanye, although some have been referring to it as ‘Round and Round’ and ‘Champions’. It may be untitled for the time being, however, it features a stellar line up including Migos’ Quavo, Travis Scott, Big Sean, Desiigner, Yo Gotti, 2 Chainz, and Gucci Mane.
Speaking of the track, Kanye said that it has been in the works for over a year. “I had the basic beat for a year and a half. It sounded right for this project,” he said. “This is the hook we should have for the first single.”
Kanye added that the track is a work in progress. He said: “We might mix it a couple more times before we release it for sale and everything.” He also revealed that there would be an extended version, stating, “we’re going to do a version of that song with 12 or 15 minutes, everybody.”
