Lauren Jauregui has been announced as a performer, along with Deborah Cox, at the TrevorLive gala on Dec. 2 in Los Angeles, California.
TrevorLive is an event which supports and brings awareness to suicide prevention specifically in the LGBTQ+ community. This is something that Lauren strongly believes in and it is vastly important to the ‘Expectations’ singer as well as for millions of others.
“I’m honored to be joining fellow LGBTQ activists as we celebrate the work of The Trevor Project over the past 20 years. Every single young person has the right to live a life full of love and compassion without discrimination. TrevorLive will be an evening of looking toward a brighter future and further using our voice to make a difference,” Jauregui said in a statement.

The staff of the Trevor Project are more than excited to have both Jauregui and Cox as performers for this year’s gala.
“All of us at The Trevor Project are honored to have Deborah Cox and Lauren Jauregui join us this year at TrevorLIVE. Their amazing voices are the perfect addition to what will be a powerful evening dedicated to supporting LGBTQ youth across the country,” said CEO and Executive Director of the Trevor Project, Amit Paley.
Jauregui has constantly used her platform for activism and acts as a role model for her fans of all different backgrounds.
Along with these performances and other speakers, the cast of POSE, Amandla Stenberg and Ryan Murphy will be honored during TrevorLive.
