Lil Wayne suffered a seizure mid-flight on his way from Milwaukee to California, and his private jet had to make an emergency landing in Omaha, Nebraska.
When paramedics arrived, the rapper refused medical treatment. However, just minutes after the plane took off, Wayne suffered a second seizure and had to land in Omaha again. An ambulance then arrived and took him to CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center, where he received treatment.
Lil Wayne, who describes himself as epileptic, has suffered similar occurrences in the past. In 2012, his private jet was forced to emergency land two days in a row, and in 2013 he spent six days in an LA hospital after a near-fatal seizure.
