Two months after releasing her previous single “Magnetic Moon,” Tiffany Young has returned with new music. On Oct. 11, the Korean-American pop star released her new single, “Run For Your Life,” and it marks yet another transition in Tiffany Young’s solo career, as the song showcases a fresh new sound fans haven’t heard the singer experiment with yet.
Speaking of “Run For Your Life,” Young said, “This song is a mood from the deepest darkest part of my subconscious, where survival mode switches on & I run and fight and shine knowing this is worth LIVING for. Every hurdle sparks the fire inside me. This song is the ambition inside you, where you will do anything you can & run towards it like your life depends on it.”
Young is known for switching things up with every song and music video she releases, and “Run For Your Life” is no exception, since apart from experimenting with a different sound, Young has also taken on an edgier look. In the music video for “Run For Your Life,” Young can be seen in various outfits, all of which give her a fearless aura reminiscent of that of Lady Gaga, who is also known for making a fashion statement in each of her music videos. The comparison isn’t far-fetched as Young worked with Lady Gaga’s producer Fernando Garibay for the track.
With Young having also worked with choreographer Brian Friedman [Britney Spears, Cher,
Beyoncé, Maria Carey], “Run For Your Life” marks Tiffany Young as the next pop diva. Young certainly has all the qualities of a superstar. She’s bold, confident, and unafraid.
