Your favourite and the very biggest Nordic pop act, Marcus & Martinus performed a stripped-back version of ‘One Flight Away’ on German channel Flitr.
The teenage duo, who finished 2018 by touring Europe with Jason Derulo and releasing their most mature single to date, ‘Invited’, are preparing for a year of big releases.
Recently named in CelebMix’s 21 songs by Under-21s, Marcus & Martinus are beginning to fill their huge potential as pop artists. Their electric live shows are famed across the continent and millions of social media followers are waiting eagerly for what’s next.
The Flitr version of ‘One Flight Away’ sees Marcus & Martinus changing the track, featured on flagship record Moments, from a fizzling piece of pop fun to a stripped-back ballad. Sounding better than ever, the duo are without doubt an act getting even better with age (if that was possible for teenagers already selling out arenas years ago).
The cover comes from a session that also featured an acoustic version of hit single ‘Invited’, published on Filtr in December. The duo also recently visited the U.K. to stop by the CBBC studios to take on some ‘Cringe Questions’ and treat viewers to a version of ‘Heartbeat’.
